Senior Planning Engineer
Employed on a short term contract where I was responsible to the JRE and senior management of level 4 FEED programmes, and level 2, 3 & 4 installation and commissioning & handover phases on various refurbishment projects on the North Sea offshore oil and gas platforms. Main responsibilities include provision of manpower histograms, performance s-curves and weekly reports to senior management.
My primary role is the retrospective
Board director and head of expert services for Qualsurv International Limited.
Production of delay and disruption reports for using in litigation or ADR.
Paul is an experienced Programme Leadership professional who specialises in large capital delivery programmes and has a passion for promoting Programme Management and Control, the necessary techniques and tools, but mainly developing the approach further by improving the quality of the people and processes.
MWH integrated fully into Stantec with the Programme Management role transfering into new organsiation
Providing support in the successful delivery of multiple projects.
Planning and defining project steps, scope, project risks and issues, establishing plans, reviewing milestones.
Identifying resource requirements and interdependencies.
Updating and providing end of month reports to the project board.
Nugeneration ltd (NuGen) May 2016 - Present PMO PLANNING MANAGER (Nuclear New Build)
• Recruited as the Planning Manger within the PMO function of NuGen, working solely on the Moorside NPP development in Cumbria UK. Current budget £350M, Project Capital Costs circa £20Bn.
• Initial tasks successfully delivered a fully integrated schedule across all functions and departments within the project to enable a holistic view of the early phases.
