Responsible for managing the project controls department, and for project controls on all projects executed by Foster Wheeler Teesside office in Middleborough. Managing a team of cost and planning professionals, my primary role is to provide support to the projects and predictability on cost and scheduling activities. Historically, the Teesside area has served as a base for the majority of the projects executed, with a long legacy of ways of working established locally.

Responsible for the implementation of a Cost Processor within BEP Project and provide ongoing management of the system. This involves design and configuration of the system, managing key integration links, developing business processes and procedures.

Responsible for 7 associates planning 300km per year of water mains rehabilitation. Own the direct labour and external sub contractor resource programme, ensuring the resource is correctly allocated to the works. Responsible for producing weekly cost / sales reports to monitor profitability of works by teams and projects.
