Preparing resourced tender programmes and overhead costs for tender submissions including presentation for directorial oversight. Developing programme to Construction status on contract award. Monitoring and reporting progress for the duration of projects including forecasting.

Warehousing (including refridgerated), Leisure and listed Refurbishment (grade 2 and 2*) projects valued from £2.6m to £21.3m. The assistant planning role involved progress recording and inputting as well as document control.

Tender and construction planning on Warehouse and Education projects valued from £3.0m to £14.0m. Preparing resourced tender programmes and overhead costs for tender submissions including presentation for directorial oversight. Developing programme to Construction status on contract award. Monitoring and reporting progress for the duration of projects including forecasting.

Delay Analysis planner on a listed Refurbishment project researching and producing information for Gleeds.

IT Coordinator managing IT Infrastructure, equipment, support, training (specialist company specific software packages), software (combined document management and change management system utilising scanned images) development and document control processes. Initially only based in East Midlands but also including the Northwest region for a year.
