Variety of roles from Senior Site Agent to Project Manager in Rail Civils / Structures and Highways, carrying out planning as part of my various roles.

Transitioned into a dedicated planning role within the tender department and with live schemes. Some exposure to delay analysis to assist colleagues on problem jobs and familiarisation with SCL Protocol

Responsible to the project manager for the provision of engineering and project control programme(s) in line with both internal and client issued procedures and requirements to delivery a gas recirculation station. My responsibilities included:



• Liaison with the engineering leads, manager and project manager to create and develop their integrated working plans.

• Assessing and reporting the cost, resource, and schedule impacts associated with emergent and additional project works.

Providing Planning support on a variety of projects, including Tender Planning and forensic claims analysis and preparation.

Worked on a wide variety of projects, from major civils to historic property restoration.

Undertook all Planning and Programming throughout.

Programmed and managed multiple construction projects throughout the Midlands.

Lead the management of four concurrent D&B speculative commercial developments, including all design/operational/commercial Planning and Reporting.
