My current primary role is that of maintenance and machinery overhaul planner working on a large Hydrocracker complex. Recently I successfully piloted the introduction of Primavera as a maintenance planning tool using live data from Maximo imported via Linksync.

The FTN GSMR project is a national programme for the role out of a global system of mobile communications for the railway with a total budget of 1.839bn.
Responsibilities included analysing all forecasting and progress data from 36 freight and train operating companies and ensuring that confirmed information was reflected within the overall project plan. Liaising with the management team to identify problem areas and proposing solutions. Production of internal and external reports, issued to key stakeholders such as First Group and Virgin Trains.

Work to project controls, guidelines & procedures, technical reviews & project reports, maintaining & updating project programme, early identification of trends, produce internal / external reports, manage cabling requirements, produce cabling reports, order cables, ensure timely delivery of cables, update cabling spreadsheet, produce cable running sheets, produce daily work schedule for checkwirers to complete, update Power books, produce GA, hotwire, gland plate drawings etc. for Supervisors, Order correct cable for Supervisors, initiate PQ system queries.
