Delivery of Golden Eagle over Claymore project for three years, completed within baseline budget and schedule. This project required a FEED study, options analysis and selection, detailed design, subsequent fabrication and installation of a 30” export pipeline, 14” import pipeline and new SSIV structures complete with brownfield modifications to infrastructure and controls systems. Led the implementation, planning and creation of a Projects Master Schedule and Earned Value reporting system to measure, monitor and control progress.
