I am looking for Part Time Roles, with our own P6 and MSP, based in the North East of England.
I am a Planning / Project Controls Manager and Practicioner. I operate as a small business and work on Contract for organisations that need such services. My background is mainly in Railway Signalling, but I have worked on projects as varied as Refiney Revamps to Theme Parks.
Responsible for producing contractual tender programmes for all civil construction, mechanical and electrical packages, including quality questions, interview preparation and delivery to NWL. Once Contract had been awarded I have responsibility of managing the programme within EPM from commencement through to completion.
Design and costing of water mains extensions and diversions, ordering non-stock material, control of costs, monitoring progress of schemes, preparation of final accounts and dealing with prospective developers and site agents on a day-to-day basis
