I'm currently working for BFK JV on the Crossrail Project as a Cost Planner. As Crossrail strive towards 'World Class', we as the Contractor are expected to produce high quality, accurate information; Where better to get this than from a well led Project Controls Team. Initially I was working on aligning the Costs with Activities in the Schedule so that we could track our progress more effectively with the use of EVM and the Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
