Senior Planning Engineer Sea Lion Project.Full offshore field development, currently entering FEED phase of project. Proposed Tension Leg Platform (TLP) with Topsides dry weight of 21,000 tonnes, subsurface development design accommodating reservoir characteristics. As the Senior Planning Engineer for Premier Oil I am responsible for measurement and collation of the entire Field Development Plan together with schedules and estimates relating to future Hook-up, Commissioning and Maintenance of the facilities.

Four (4) year apprenticeship served as a Mechanical Engineer (awarded East of England Apprentice of the Year 1996).  Higher education followed by ten (12) years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry predominantly within Project Controls, experience within project specification, design, execution, start up and close-out of major Greenfield and Brownfield modifications projects.
