I joined Mace in 2013 as Director responsible for the development and delivery of Programme Management services for the business. In line with the company’s 2020 strategic vision, I led the development of the strategy, focussing on securing new major programmes for the business and ensuring that over the next few years we built a cohort of people ready to take on these new challenges. This included major projects in their own right, as well providing consultancy services to infrastructure programmes across a number of industry sectors.

I joined Crossrail in June 2015 where I am directly accountable for ensuring visibility and accuracy of programme performance data, and providing the Executive Leadership with the information they need in order to manage the programme and maintain their focus in the right areas. Having joined an already established world-class team, my primary focus in the first 6 months has been to review and evolve the Controls function to ensure that it is ‘fit-for-purpose’ for the remainder of the duration of the works.
