Responsibilities included Developing and maintaining the project plan attached to the project team responsible for the process by which the Office of the Rail Regulator established the financial framework and determined the passenger franchise access charges that effected Railtrack beyond 2001.

Joined London Underground (LUL) as a Programme Manager attached to the Marketing & Planning Directorate responsible for the strategic project planning of the East London Northern Extension Project.

A member of Network Rail Southern Region Power Upgrade Project, resposible for the development of programmes to support HMRI Railway Safety Regulations were met regarding the replacement of Mark 1 Slam Door Trains.

Responsible for the development  and surveillance of project programmes within the Programme Management Office. My portfollio of programmes included project programmes for other Directorates detailing how individual Directors / Assistant Directorectors requiements

Responsible for the programme ownership including aligning the Transport Programme with the Overall Alympic Delivery Programmmes and Coordination of all transport elements within the Transport Programme

Reposible for the preparation of programmes required for the Detailed Engineering Phase of TfL's East London Line Northern Extension.

Responsible for the development and delivery programmes, maintenance and project valuations for the St Johns Wood 132Kv Sub-Station Switchgear Repacement Works Phases 2 & 3.

Responsible for the maintenance and progress reporting of agreed programmes, contract surveillance and performance of Contracor and Sub-Contracter  against aggreed programmes.

West Coast Route Modernisation Project – (2006-2009) Delivery Manager/Deputy Project Manager, reporting to the Implementation Director South. I was responsible for project delivery in a very challenging environment where schedule, quality of work and the safety of the Contractor’s staff was a constant pressure. I was responsible for all Civil disciplines, but specifically construction, planning, delivery and project controls across multiple contracts.

I joined PB in 2009 as a Senior Project Controls Manager, reporting to the European Operations Director. In this Corporate Leadership role, I spent my first 2 years driving a Corporate Change Programme across the UK and Europe business. As part of a major strategic initiative to drive a consistent approach to project delivery across the business lines, I was responsible for developing and implementing key tools that laid the foundations for major change in the business going forward.
