Tender Planning 

In my short time at multiplex I have worked on two significant tenders including the fit out of the new HQ for a large tech company in the Battersea power station as well as £350m residential development in Canary Wharf. Unfortunately, because of covid- 19 and the effect on the portfolio of work undertaken by Multiplex I was included in their redundacies.  

Associate Director with Berkeley Research Group, a specialist team providing Advice, Support, Planning and Expert Forensic Analysis on delay and disruption disputes worldwide.

• Interface planning between Sub-Projects in the P6 database in conjunction with the Railway engineers, ensure quality and up to date weekly/monthly planning reports are produced for specific E&P contracts for both internal and external. Development and management of continuous improvement within the Planning department.

VolkerFitzptrick – Project Planner

·         Preparing work breakdown structures (WBS), activities, activities codes, resources loading programme as required.

·         Maintain weekly progress reviews and updates, with the appropriate projects stakeholders to ensure robust tracking of key activities and milestones.

Support the Work Winning team and project teams with producing and reporting cost loaded work programmes/schedules in Primavera P6 format, for the purpose of co-ordinating works with Sub-contractors and other third parties working on the Civil, Power, Utilities, Railway and Building sectors. Responsible for creating both tender and project programmes to support the company in securing future revenue, and leading project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
