Taylor Woodrow is providing buildability and cost advice to Highways England to support the development of options for their proposed works for the £300m A47 Corridor Improvement Programme in East Anglia.
Responsible for the rapid development of the Integrated Design Team programme consisting of 31 main scope packages of work across 6 consultancies. Adam has had to ensure collaboration between all scope packages, identifying key interfaces and dependencies to develop a critical path. This has included the identification of key issues that arise to give regular client updates on schedule development. Regular interfacing workshops has been vital to ensure efficient schedule development within tight timeframes.
