Charles developed the integrated cost and schedule for the renewal, rehabilitation, and upgrade of water and wastewater network programme across South London. Established processes to ensure the integrity and the maintenance of the project information and reports.

Responsible for developing and maintaining the plan in Primavera P6 in producing and managing a robust design process. Including the definition of requirements, scope, assumptions, development phasing, work and asset breakdown and verification and validation regime that result in a safe and affordable design for the High Speed 2 (HS2) and  London-West Midlands (LWM) project.  As well as managing internal design interfaces between discipline leads & PSC’s Project Coordinators.

Charles developed the integrated cost and schedule for the capital improvement programme to support the introduction of 5-car trains on London Overground include; improvements to facilities at New Cross Gate Depot, Extension of Platforms on the ELL and delivery of Silwood Sidings.. Established processes to ensure the integrity and the maintenance of the project information and reports.

Responsible for the production, monitoring, update and delivers an accurate, realistic and robust programme for all Compensation Events and all aspects of the Works. Produce individual NCE assessment programme reflecting the requirements of the contract programme against all compensation events.

Responsible for the construction delivery Planning of Ballast Track Replacement (BTR) and Points & Crossings (P&C) Projects according to the End to End (T-Minus) Process from a work bank of projects in Primavera P6 and weekend possession works using the approved output rate to produce Time Chainage & Primavera P6 programme. Preparation of the Train Matrix by calculating the volume of spoils and materials each train can bring & take out of site during the possession.

·         To provide project controls management, including schedule baseline development and management, scope                          and baseline change control, risk management, earned value analysis and management, guidance and tools,                         performance status and reporting.
