As Lead Planner on the £18m Ashford (Wye to Minster) re-signalling scheme, I was responsible for the production and implementation of a cost and resource-loaded P3 programme based on the target estimate. This involved direct management of various sub-contractor Planners, production of weekly reports and KPIs, and regular presentation to senior management.
I was responsible for preparing and monitoring cost and resource-loaded P3 programmes for a portfolio of structures including Bridge Guard 3 and various minor works schemes. This involved regular meetings with contractors to update progress, commercial responsibility for assessing/approving applications for payment against the programme, managing costs within PMCS, and preparation and presentation of Investment Delivery Reports to senior management.
Current Role. On a day to day basis I am responsible for the management of the McCabe Eagle House site team together with ensuring correct control of both safety and construction activities of the Eagle House Project are maintained.
My role also includes management of the design team to ensure clients requirements are integrated into the design and ensuring programme , finish and cost controls are adhered to.
i undertake all planning and programming of the project and oversee any consultant design team meetings and subcontractor meetings that are taking place.
