Besides the Project Manager I was the only full time member of the team and responsible for all cost and planning functions and participated in all customer meetings. As part of the Project I often travelled to Holland to direct commissioning and hold talks with our client.

Duties include creating a programme plan and activity schedule costs for bid tenders, creating new project plans, updating live project plans, exporting reports including EVM and 'Claim Digger' reports, occaisional use og MS Project for clients not having Primavera as their planning tool, critical path analysis, S-curves, cost/schedule/resource analysis.
