During the past three years I have been involved with both the pre-construction and construction phases of planning mainly on the rail side of the business. Responsibilities: include:-

•     The development of a compliant tender programmes in line with Clients operational constraints.

•     Ensuring that all operational constraints are met.

•     The identification of the project critical path and free float.

•     The production of resource schedules for direct manpower and supervision.

•     Production of cash flow and resource graphs.

A integral part of a Project Controls function providing Planning and Costing Management services on a £20million project run by British Nuclear Group.

Achievements:

•     Produced and managed Project Cost information, relating to Earned value, EAC forecasts and Resource Profiles.

•     Facilitated in the collection and updating of progress on plans/programmes, to ensure effective project delivery

•     Created new programmes/plans to support the overall project work
