During the past three years I have been involved with both the pre-construction and construction phases of planning mainly on the rail side of the business. Responsibilities: include:-
• The development of a compliant tender programmes in line with Clients operational constraints.
• Ensuring that all operational constraints are met.
• The identification of the project critical path and free float.
• The production of resource schedules for direct manpower and supervision.
• Production of cash flow and resource graphs.
• Production of tender method statements / work package plans detailing method of work, possession/isolation constraints, contingency measures, interfaces between other parties/members of the public.
• Production of Tender Outline Health and Safety Plans, Welfare Forms.
