Laing O Rourke Northern Planner

Laing O’Rourke Ireland, Planner on Pier D, Dublin Airport. This was a €120m two storey 14,000m² pier building with arrivals (ground floor) and departures (first floor). The building construction was steel frame, concrete floors, metal deck roof, metal cladding to the ground floor level, with full glazing at first floor level. The building is fully serviced and the project included a full electrical, mechanical & IT systems fit out. The building also included a single storey elevated walkway, the central portion of which is a cable stayed bridge.

Laing O’Rourke Ireland, Planner / Assistant Package Manager on a €65m Commercial / Residential development in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. The mixed development comprised 25 retail units at ground floor level, anchored by Dunnes Stores, together with 191 residential units in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, arranged in eight different apartment blocks, the grounds of which were fully landscaped, with car parking for 900 cars provided at basement and first floor levels
