Responsible for Planning, Progress Measurement of Design elements of the project.
The Progress Measurement also included the development and implementation of a detailed 3D Model progress measurement database system.
Responsible for Planning, Progress Measurement of Design elements of the project. In addition, duties also included the formulation of the Monthly Project Progress Report for the client. This included co-ordination with the Construction Team to produce progress metrics for the complete project.
Project Control Engineer on a Purified Water Upgrade. Responsible for Planning, Progress Measurement, Cost Management and production of Monthly Project Cost Report.
Cost Management entailed controlling the project budget and any scope additions or variations throughout duration of the project
