From March 2011 planner&scheduler&progress reporter at the site with IREM Spa on behalf of Tecnicas Reunidas.

Main Tasks: preparing the schedule level of detail 4 of the mechanical construction (Piping, Equipment, Structure erection and Precommissioning) on Primavera P6. Creation of special tools in Access, Excel to load the weekly progress.

• Co-ordination of time schedules with engineers of other departments.
• Development and preparation of time schedules
• Collection and collation of weekly and monthly progress data.
• Verification of progress by inspections/site visits
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Resource loading and resource analysis of time schedule

Extensive, in-depth experience and proven track record in the project management field, analysis, planning, administration and control methods with strong management, co-ordinating and peoples skills. Strong experience in production and operations management, planning, administration, management economics, cash flow, cost control, earned value analysis, resource analysis and forecasting with effective decision making skills.

Consulting & training services on controlling and managing projects using the Knowledge and systems of Primavera.
