Handles the programme of the entire construction field from Civil & Architectural works, and M&E utilities scope. Handles and prepares the General Programme based on the Principal’s fixed milestones according to the derived financial targets. Validates critical path activities, ensures the coordination of the contractor’s schedules, and certifies progress within baseline.
