MAIN FUNCTIONS
Implements overall project controls direction through application of systems and methods for estimate development, cost control, progress measurement, schedule development / control and management of change.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide timely and accurate data and deliverables in support of benchmarking and tool building
Seventeen (17) years total experience with fifteen (15) years in Project Controls / Project Management for the Oil & Gas industry both onshore and offshore from both Operator’s side and Contractor’s side. Expert knowledge of project controls system from planning and scheduling, reporting, cost control, change management and use of project management software (Primavera, MS-Project, In-Controls). In addition, skilled in preparation of Bid Proposals, Technical Bids Evaluation, Risk Assessment, Project Independent Review and Project Close Out.

VTB (Vacuum Tower Bottoms) Subsea Pipeline Project
The VTB (Vacuum Tower Bottoms) Subsea Pipeline is a 2km subsea, electrically heat-traced pipe-in-pipe pipeline (18” and 12”) for the purpose of transporting Vacuum Tower Bottoms. The Scope of Work includes the Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of the Pipeline and associated facilities (Control & Monitoring System).
