 Job Description:

• Responsible for the execution of all quality-related actions of the project, and ensuring that they are performed properly according to pre-defined processes and project requirements.
• The basic nature of work is to perform output checking and proofreading for every Job name if it has complete requirements and has been properly coded.
• Perform program software testing if it is acceptable to be used in project given and special instructions like transmission process, concordance checking, dash-w and dash-m checking.

Provided project management support during the planning, engineering design, tender and evaluation period. Provided assistance in project management and control in establishing a comprehensive project control system encompassing  Schedule, Cost Control/ Estimation, Management Information System and Cost Monitoring and Reporting. Conducted feasibility studies to assist in decisions about the worth of the project. Planned, created and implemented project plans and procedures to improve the organization’s performance, and oversaw project phases and assured a quality delivery.

Provided interface coordination support to all stakeholders through systematic, efficient and accurate Time and Cost Control, Monitoring and Reporting. Provided technical and administrative assistance and coordinated the completion of the Works. Ensured the systematic handing over of the apartments to the Client and provided technical support during claims preparation, dispute resolution up to the arbitration proceeding.

Completed the Civil, Structural and Architectural documents, drawings and methodologies submission in a timely manner. Acts as interface coordinator and provided every assistance to the Contracts, Project Control, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and Operations Group.
