CORPORATE PLANNING & CONTROLS MANAGER
Engaged as Corporate Planning & Controls Manager for Leighton Contractors (Phil) In. Performing both head office & on-site planning roles. Based in Manila.
As Field Investigation Engineer - I make sure that the comprehensive requirement for the Design Group shall be met by leading various groups for site exploration and investigation such as survey, geological and geotechnical works.
Responsible for the drawing preparation of the structural AFC shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Checks & verifies the overall construction schedule, Costing by Bill of Quantities & Materials (BOQ, BOM), and prepares tender-slot for proponent subcontract packages.
Coordinates all technical requirements of all of the contractors. Prepares contract prerequisites and necessary tender documents.
Supervises and controls all project reports. Firmly implements the use of Project Control procedures; Cost Variance Analysis (CVA), Activity based Costing (ABC) system, Quantity Monitoring System (QMS), Purchase Inventory Management System (PIMS), & Access Cost Report Program (ACRP).
Projects handled are scheduled for visit at 1 (one) month cycle before the cost reporting cut-off period
Handles all commercial aspect of the Projects for the Close-out and Final Account, to determine the Projects cost-margin
Handles all commercial aspect of the Projects (Contracts, Cost Control, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Materials Procurement, and Financial monitoring
Leads and approves all scheduling activities by managing both Engineering & Construction targets. Assesses the Entire Phase 1 & 2 financial feasibilities, in coordination through the General Loan agreement
