Manages, decides, plans, organizes, executes and controls all situation & resources of the project. Prepares & formulate planned & tail-end schedules, prerequisite to the overall construction time span of the general contractor. Devise construction methodologies, additional requirements, resource loadings & allocations based on contract. Checks, verifies & approves all documents and notices, for the cost report, progress billings, plant handovers, and CO’s/claims. Ensures production targets and attainable milestones are accomplished and implemented accordingly
