Planner/Scheduler in a Construction company. Main role is to prepare baseline schedule, update  and report to Supervising Planner.

v  Responsible prepares preliminary Primavera schedule based on the project work breakdown structure, activity duration , work sequence, resources allocation and productivity parameters.

v  Responsible to optimize and finalize Primavera Schedule in close coordination with Project Management Team (PMT)

v  Responsible in verifying and collates daily activity / quantity tracking and resources usage and updates Primavera schedule.

Construction of North Luzon Expressway Connecting Mindanao Avenue and Existing NLEX. Contract including construction of 2 bridges, toll plaza, clover lift (8 ramps), Drainage and Slope Protection Structures and Employers Representative Building Structures. It's a great challenge in the part of the contractor to build an expressway in the Highly Urbanized City of Manila, however, due to good management and operations experience the project was delivered on time.



 Engage in projects tender, coordinate with engineering manager in establishing working construction methodology.

An EPC Contract of Accommodation Buildings (23 no.) and Gold Processing Plant. Gold Processing Plant comprising of 8 Leach Tanks 18m in diameter, Primary Crusher complete with mechanical and controls equipment, Structural Conveyors, Tailings Pond, Surge Bin, 2 Ball Mills, 1 Sag Mill and Gold room.



 Establish Detailed Contract, Working and Look Ahead Programmes.

 Prepare Progress Report S-Curve/Histogram/Gant Chart and developing Weekly, Monthly Progress Report, Recovery Plan and Look Ahead Programs.

 Provide Materials Take-off (MTO).

§  Supervise the site construction works

§  Prepare reinforcing bar cutting list

§  Quality control and assurance related works – submittals preparation, concrete and reinforcing bar testing, inspection and acceptance of owner-supplied materials, and inspection and turn-over of completed works to the client.

§  Quantity take-off for project material requirements and for progress reporting

§  Quantity take-off for project bidding

§  Assist in costing and bid package preparation

§  Source and procure materials for Chiyoda project

§  Source for and negotiate with subcontractors whose services were needed for Chiyoda project

§  Prepare and file work orders and purchase orders

§  Collaborated with the company’s President, General Manager and Assistant General Manager in formulating company policies, discuss, deliberate and propose solutions to matters pertaining to administrative, technical and commercial issues requiring executive management decision.

§  Prepare and control construction schedules using the Primavera Project Planner software

§  Establish the projects’ cost codes and control the projects’ cash flow.
