Duties & Responsibilities
1. Identifies each major construction activity, its relationship with other
activities and all other necessary support;
2. Correlates the activity list with contract documents and schedule of values;
3. Solicits and confirms all information from the best combination of resources,
incorporating it into a plan and submitted on time;
4. Monitors actual progress with the schedule, assessing its impact, gives cause &
effect relationship and necessary corrections;
Responsible in Agreed Budget, Cost to complete, Planning, Change orders, Tracking/ monitoring of project accomplishment and productivity. Cost Evaluation Report, Monthly Report, Cost Gathering, Preparation of Billing from Client, sub-con and supplier, Billing & Collection. Buyer & also Material Control In-charges. Estimating and costing of construction materials, Quality Control, Primavera Project Planner (P3), Purchasing Inventory Materials (PIMS). Activity Based Costing (ABC) for Man-hour Productivity
Assigned as a Planning Engineer of various medium size projects located in various location nationwide. Update and report progress against the agreed program on a regular basis to the operations management. Where necessary propose remedial action that can resolve time related problems. Attend project periodical meetings and attend to technical and administrative correspondences with the consultants and sub-contractors.
• Supervises and prepares lists of activities to ensure the quality of work and adheres to specification and standards.
• Prepares daily progress reports.
