PREPARING PROJECT SCHEDULE OF 42-STOREY BUILDING @ ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY; UPDATING THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF EACH ACTIVITY; PREPARING THE PROGRESS REPORT OF THE CONSTRUCTION

- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings of software applications related to the engineering and construction industry

RESPONSIBILITIES AS HEAD OF PLANNING AND COST CONTROL (May 2008 to August 2008):

- Ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy

- Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects

- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget

- Train, lead and direct the work of junior planners

- Prepare design check sheets for submission to designers

- Estimate quantities based on construction drawings

- Derive project costs from estimated quantities and unit prices from suppliers
