• Monitoring vessel movement and preparing daily report of vessels
• Liaise with vessel owner and client for any project requirements and mobilization plan
• Preparation of vessel prior to onhire and offhire, safety and regulatory conformance and suitability inspection of a project (OSVIS, BV, DNVGL)
• Liaise with Port Agents for berthing & piloting, crew transfer, provision supplies, MGO, ship permits, customs documentation and bills of lading
• Monitoring on the commercial and contract claims of project
• Preparing submission documents for tender exerc

Construction:

More than 20 years (since 2003) of experience in Primavera P3/ P6/ P7 planning and scheduling, project management, progress measurement in oil & gas industries.

• Civil Infrastructure Programme Management of:
  • Elevated Packages– viaduct structures, stations, depots and car parks;
  • SSP Spur line– viaduct structure connection of SBK (Line-1) to SSP (Line-2) depot with 0.55km viaduct (two single track line – 0.30km & 0.25km length);
  • SSP Depot1– additional stabling yard to existing SBK Sungai Buloh depot.
• Provided reports regularly to Top Management and Client.

Provide freelance Project Controls services in the construction and oil & gas sectors.

• Develop project controls packages for several Construction/Interior fit-out projects (Menara ExxonMobil refurbishment, GEMS Metropark International School). This include development and weekly update of Master Schedule, progress measurement systems, preparation for Extension of Time as well as Project Management support.
• Carry out due-diligence on Project Cost Control capabilities for Oil & Gas service provider (Pioneer Engineering Sdn Bhd).
