Project coordination and supervision of works as Clients representative for the construction of 2 appartment towers of 36 storeys in Macau.

- Comment and review trade contractor's construction programme

- Create monitoring progress mark up

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

- Attend internal meetings & contractor's weekly progress meeting

- Prepare monthly update for Master Construction Programme

- Prepare coordinated/interfacing programme

- Assess claims of trade contractors.
