• Provide information to the project team about the Overall Progress, as well as by Main Work Areas.

Conctract A Interface Manager of NamTheun 1 Hydro Power Project

Duties

·  Coordinate management of the related project directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives.

·  Plan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution.

·  Provide staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors by analyzing and evaluating all pertinent data.

Review & monitor the EPC Contractor’s progress against the Master Contract Schedule. Review & validate Contract 

Employed by Prime Contractor to develop & maintain Project Schedules, created the Quality Management System & acted as Construction Coordinator
