Key Role               :          

ü  Estimate volume of work.

ü  Making Baseline Budget of Project

ü  Submitting the items and quantity of material which needed on the project to the Supervisor.

ü  Prepare the Bid Document.

ü  Control the use of Material which needed.

ü  Updating material price for Monthly Unit Price

Key Role               :          

ü  Review the design of awarded project.

ü  Act as Liaison Engineer who coordinate with the Design Consultant, Sub Contractors, Vendors and all related Institution which involved in the process of feasibility study.

Key Role              :

ü  Review the design of awarded project.

ü  Prepare all the requirement of feasibility study which consist of: alternative design, cost estimation, construction program, procurement planning, projected cash flow, etc

ü  Performing  all procurement activities in full compliance with all company policies and procedures and in line with the appropriate Indonesian Legislation. 

ü  Performing buying function as directed by the line manager to purchase goods and services at right price, right quality at the right time and with adequate after sales support/service.
