leading a team of 13 persons consisting of technical and application support persons. Working with the Treasury Dept the main internal client and reporting to the IS Dept (line). Working on 3 year renewable contracts that went to tender (auction).

Capital Project Value Assurance, Risk Facilitation, Process and Tool Development

Project management research and development, e.g. course design and competency assessment design.  High-end consulting, including workshop facilitation (project management planning), capital project reviews (scope, time, cost integrity and integration), performing of competency assessments and career path development, writing of policies and procedures, etc.

Army officer (Artillery), responsible for command and control, military exercises, military educational projects, etc.  Educational Projects, etc., G6 Gun-howitzer doctrine development, including military exercise planning and executing, 

Project management trainer.  Designing courses (e.g., Anglo Projects Way Course; PMP^® Exam Preparation Course; Scheduling Best Practices Course; etc.); delivering training; overseeing training administration; ensuring maintenance and upkeep of certification status with e.g., PMI, AACE International; etc.
