As CADD: In charge with all the Project Layouts, Design, Detailed Engineering and planning – prepare the initial schematic plans,details and related drawings needed and obtain Manager’s approval. Prepares all relevant shop drawings and As-builts with site inspection. Coordinate the drawings with the PM and check consistencies on site. Ensure that all design and drawings are complying with the Specifications and Standard Maintain systematic filing system Prepare correspondences and minutes of meeting

Planning and Monitoring of Projects.Monitor progress of projects to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

ü  Prepare and update project schedule for an assigned project based activity work breakdown structure (WBS) and resource allocations

ü  Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan

ü  Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management

ü  Prepare and submit updated work program and S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities
