1. Create, maintain and updating Master Schedule (using Primavera Version 6).
2. Create Construction Schedule / Shop Drawing Schedule in level 4/5.
3. Work performance analysis using KPI.
4. Making Earn Value Analysis report to management.
5. CPM analysis.
6. Oversee any possible delay of work and prepare catch up plan.
7. Monitoring and recording progress day by day and ensure that the data entered into the master schedule is correct.
8. Create and update PMS (Project Measurement System).
9. Monitor progress and schedule of Engine

.. Raise the stat summary and bulletin board for evaluation of activity
 

.. Main responsibilities to develop overall schedule includes engineering, procurement,
construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
.. To prepare resource histogram of project staff, manpower and plant & equipment.
.. To develop a CPM program along with q network logic diagram to the details of level 4
from master schedule and all comply with the contract using Primavera software

Project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Zarzaitine Oilfield Expansion Project (Surface Facility) in Zarzaitine, In-Amenas Algeria. CLINET: SONATRACH

Responsibilities:

A total of 18 years experienced in Construction Industry (including 10 years in Engineering/Procurement/Construction), a combination of 06 years in Oil & Gas Operations .

Project management consultant. Planning management of the Tramway of Constantine:

- Time management;

- Project activities co-ordination;

- Contractual and operational planning and scheduling;

- Monthly reports to the client;

- Elaboration of a Gantt time schedule linked automatically to the trip diagram;

- Development of a VBA EXCEL tool for the cost/incomes control.
