Development and consolidation of the project controls framework to be set by central PMO and corporate functions for programmes and projects to work within. Co-ordination and development of Horizon Project Deliveyr Process and supporting documentation involving detailed discussions with project managers, risk, finance and planning teams. Engagement with SMEs to align HPDP to ther processes.
