Project Planner for Network Rail on the WCRM Rugby Station New Ticket Office project and the Birmingham New Street Gateway Project, Option Development Stage.  Producing and progressing costed programmes in liaison with the project manager, engineers and the sub-contractors planner.

Works and Possession Planning

Working on the west coast route modernisation projects in a variety of roles

-          Primavera P3 – Project and Installation Planning and Reporting inc. TPWS, AWS, OHLE, Signalling associated works. Development and maintenance of robust P3 resource and cost loaded plans for specific sub-projects, running parallel with contractor programmes and interfacing directly with the Master Plan.

-          Materials Planning and Control (> £1million).
