• Planning the commissioning stages of the West Coast and Axle Counter projects using P3.
• Axle Counter project had extended end dates which were resolved by innovative use of possessions and access along with reallocation of resource/contractor teams to maximise performance and ensure no opportunities slipped by.
• Generated weekly progress reports including milesto

TASS Data Technician for Network Rail producing completion certificates and updating strategic programme in P3 for the West Coast Mainline project.  Also assisted in carrying out gauge clearance analysis for the Pendolina KE8 train.

Develop and monitor in weekly basis the North West integrated Schedule for the West Coast Railway Modernization Project  (2,5 billion £).
