§  Develop schedules and project control at various phases to identify critical activities and possible consequences for mitigation actions.

§  Coordinate with the construction team for proper implementation and programme analysis.

§  Ensure compliance with specification schedules and budgets

§  Carry out and prepare critical path schedule analysis.

• Monitoring of all site activities during construction as per schedule using PRIMAVERA 3.1.
• Updating project schedule and making reports for client and consultant.
• Coordination and dealing with client/consultant.
• Coordination with Commercial department regarding material and equipment optimization at site.
• Ensuring that extra work is properly recorded.
• Conducting daily/weekly meetings with site engineers and giving them tasks as per schedule.
• Taking approval of construction material and site activities from client/consulta

As a Planning Engineer my duties and responsibilities in my previous company are but not limited to the following:

Ø  Prepare and update the project resource loaded schedule

Ø  Monitor and control during the construction period

Ø  Prepare and submit standard periodic reports and other requirements by the stakeholders

Ø  Update, evaluate and measure the progress and KPI’s against the baseline and resources available at the site
