- Monitoring of all site activities during construction as per schedule using PRIMAVERA 3.1.
- Updating project schedule and making reports for client and consultant.
- Coordination and dealing with client/consultant.
- Coordination with Commercial department regarding material and equipment optimization at site.
- Ensuring that extra work is properly recorded.
- Conducting daily/weekly meetings with site engineers and giving them tasks as per schedule.
- Taking approval of construction material and site activities from client/consultant.
