The Venetian Macau project

Responsible for:

·- Detailed planning on Cirque de Soleil Theatre in Parcel 1.

- Detailed planning on Cirque de Soleil Theatre in Parcel 6 & BASE Theatre in Parcel 5.

- Assist the Project Manager to handle the contract administration works, follow up with requirements of the contract and act as the communication link between the project team and external parties. - Implement proper management, review and checking of MEP drawings, schedules and specifications for completeness, correctness, constructability, correctly cross referenced and coordinated with other disciplines. - Ensure that the latest revision of construction drawings is properly distributed to relevant parties in due course.

Involve in preparation of the tender and contract documents. Responsible for the detailed project planning, budget forecast for work packages, site progress monitoring, resource and labour forecast, liaison with clients and sub-contractors for interfaces and milestones of the project. In-charge for the preparation of Extension of Time claims for all work packages.
