Develop the local standard procedures and work instruction for insertion into the Aberdeen Operations quality plan. Where appropriate assist in the development of project specific procedures. Take lead role in annual QA external audits for the ISO 9000 quality assurance accreditation.
Operations Manager / Associate Vice President of the CCS (Construction Claims Services) Group, part of PMCM (Project Managment/Construction Management) Division of ARCADIS-US. Our group the former PinnacleOne, is one of the oldest and best know claims firms in the US. As operations manager I am resoponisble for marketing and managing staff as well as performing claims and schedule analysis.
