    Providing the following support services to contractors / Clients in the Building, Construction, Oil and Gas Industries;

Supported the project, commercial and engineering teams in the construction of tender programmes, schedule analysis and schedule maintenance in Primavera P6v8 and Microsoft Project.
Applied the Critical Path Method (CPM) to the analysis of project schedules.
Utilised Primavera P6v8 to create and understand reports in order to update and assist the project management and project services teams.
Resource loaded programmes to enable the measurement of progress and Earned Value.

On leaving Raytheon, I set up a consultancy company, the focus being to provide the infrastructure to enable organisations and projects to make effective decision based on good Project Management information. Utilising the skills within the Darbus organisation around People, Process and Toolsets.

People – Ensuring that people involved with PMO systems understand how to utilise these systems, through training and mentoring.

Planning & Staging Manager - All usual responsibility that is associated with live and bid projects in excess of $500

Project Planner - Responsible for Project Schedules and all associated reporting for Rail Over Head Wiring Projects and Power Supply Projects in the Sydney area.

Management of the Planning function.
