Supported the project, commercial and engineering teams in the construction of tender programmes, schedule analysis and schedule maintenance in Primavera P6v8 and Microsoft Project.
Applied the Critical Path Method (CPM) to the analysis of project schedules.
Utilised Primavera P6v8 to create and understand reports in order to update and assist the project management and project services teams.
Resource loaded programmes to enable the measurement of progress and Earned Value.

On leaving Raytheon, I set up a consultancy company, the focus being to provide the infrastructure to enable organisations and projects to make effective decision based on good Project Management information. Utilising the skills within the Darbus organisation around People, Process and Toolsets.
People – Ensuring that people involved with PMO systems understand how to utilise these systems, through training and mentoring.

Assisting clients (including owners, clients, constructors and specialist constructors) with planning and managing work using the Last Planner system (http://bit.ly/LPS-5cc) in the UK, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Turkey, Canada, Zimbabwe, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia and is currently (2014) coaching client organisations and their supply teams engaged on lean transformation of their construction and related operations in Denmark and The Netherlands.
