Compile sub-contractor’s data and prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports (Progress, Manpower and Equipment). Take the physical progress and compare with the sub-contractor’s reports. Update progress in P3 (Level III & Level IV). Prepare 3 Month, 3 Weeks Look-Ahead Schedules and monitor the productivity. Take progress photos and prepare the reports in PDF format (Acrobat).
