Construction Scheduling Consultants is provided by Precision Scheduling Consultants ,LLC. There are some activities by PSC as

1.Construction schedule Development.

2.schedule updating.

3.Schedule monitoring & construction oversight.

4.MIS development

5.Cost loading.

6.Resource loading etc.

Responsibilities:

• Providing detailed work plans for different areas of the project and organizational & time management
• Planned and controlled project using Primavera^® P3 and P6 
• Reported progress of  the project, Updated S Curve and compare to Planed S Curve, Critical way check for new decisions
• Reported program schedule periodically to project manager
• Cost control of project and prepare weekly report for project manager
