- Project Manager for the Technology & Engineering Development Facility, a $73.2 million project which will provide over 100,000 square feet of new office, technical and laboratory space and renovate approximately 90,000 square feet of existing technical, office and laboratory space.
- Manage the planning and design including interfacing with over 30 different user groups to understand and incorporate needs.
- Manage the overall construction of the project.
