Developed integrated level IV baseline schedules for assigned project based on execution philosophy, scope of work, contractual obligations and stakeholder’s requirements.

Created progress measurement system aligned with the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and contract specifications based on project complexity.

§  Establishing, maintaining and monitoring the fully detailed schedule of the project, including resource loading for activities, using “Primavera P3”.

§  Producing "what-if" scenarios of the schedule and proposing amendments and alternatives to construction methods, as and when required, to maintain project targets.
