•Prepare Master Schedule of Project in P6 software.

•Controlling time schedule & supplier progress report.

•Coordinate for supply chain to ensure on time delivery.

•Preparation of monthly reports, corresponding and presentations.

•Prepare and maintain of PMS (Progress Measurement System) base on P6.

•Monitor the contractor project control activities.

• Built up a Project Management Office from scratch and led the operation. Set the goals and strategies, hired the team, created a standard framework, processes and toolset, reviewed the performance and improved it to deliver business values.
