Shopping Malls

Involved in building construction of shopping malls, high rise residential and commercial buildings, cinemas and solid waste treatment plant : Scope of work consists of preparation of shop drawings to show and clarify any discrepancies that seen in the construction plans. Ensure that the construction is completed in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and quality plans and meet contractual requirements. Attend coordination meeting with Construction Management for the smooth flow of the project.

• Establishing, reviewing, amending and managing planning policies and procedures;
• Training of staff in the policies and procedures, and the principles behind the company’s approach to planning and scheduling ;
• Tender Planning (schedules, method statements and slide presentations);
• Working with contract operational staff to ensure that the necessary schedules are in place, are compiled in accordance with company principles, policies and procedures, and have consistency;
• Reviewing schedule progress updates with contract operational staff, including reviewin

·       Development of Pre- Contract and Post- Contract Program Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Execution Plan and Method Statements

·       Coordinate with Project Team, Commercial dept., Engineering dept., Procurement dept., to prepare PM Budget, Project Cash Flow and Histograms, Information Required Schedule, Engineering Schedule, Material Submissions and Procurement Schedule
